[NARRATIVE #1 on November 09, 2023]
On 11/09/2023 Mr. [WITNESS #1] contacted Corporal Allen to come to the front office. When Corporal Allen arrived in front office Mr. [WITNESS #1] had a student identified as Sean Andrew Goldsmith in the office with him. Mr. [WITNESS #1] advised that Mr. Goldsmith backpack was searched due to possibly having a vape at school. Mr. [WITNESS #1] found Three vapes and a large folding knife with orange handles and a blade longer than 2 inches. Two of the vapes were regular vapes and one vape was a THC vape is what Mr. Goldsmith stated. Mr. Goldsmith also stated that he was holding these for other students.
Mr. Goldsmith will be charged with Possession of a weapon on school grounds and also Possession of Schedule 1 drug. Corporal Allen will be taking warrants out on these charges and advised Mr. Goldsmith to turn himself in at the sheriff office on Friday 11/10/2023. The TCH vape was pink in color with FRYD EXTRACTS written on side and a face that was half black and half green. On 11-10-2023, at approximately 11:45 AM, the offender turned his self in on two outstanding warrants (W23-2372 and W23-2373) at the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office. Lieutenant Pitts arrested the offender, escorted him into the jail, and turned him over to jail staff without incident. The warrants were not entered in NCIC/GCIC.
