UL STUDENT life has announced the line-up for this year’s Charity Week, featuring several well-known Irish acts.
An event run each year during the second semester by UL Student Life, Charity Week is a “mini 3-day festival” which involves a wide range of activities and gigs in a bid to raise money for the charity of the year.
Every year, the beneficiaries of UL Charity Week are picked by the students.
This year, the student body at UL, UL Student Life, has announced that the funds raised will be donated to Rape Crisis Midwest and Jigsaw Limerick.

One of Ireland’s fastest rising DJs, Fionn Curran will perform on Monday, March 20, featuring special guests Fryd DJs.
Tuesday, March 21, will see singer-songwriter Gavin James perform alongside guest Brad Heidi to celebrate the university’s 50th anniversary.
Wednesday, March 22 will see Jenny Greene perform alongside Welshy.
Over the years, the festival has hosted well-known acts, such as Shane Codd, Cabal, Wild Youth, Jax Jones, Sean Kingston, Basshunter.
Last year, UL Charity Week raised €20,000 for the Irish Red Cross and Irish Air Ambulance.
