Actress Leesa Rowland Documents Metaphysical Transformation In … – Hamptons.com

In the mid 90s, actress Leesa Rowland found herself on the wrong end of then boyfriend Jimmy Caan’s cocaine-fueled rage. It wasn’t pretty. It made headlines. And it left Leesa shattered. She walked away from her burgeoning acting career and began the work of healing. She left Los Angeles, continuing her spiritual journey and animal advocacy.

Ten years ago, Leesa’s mother died. Eight years later, her mother’s live in boyfriend admitted to her murder and then shot himself in the head.

Somewhere between the murder and confession, Leesa took her metaphysical work to the next level: putting the answers she had found into a book. “Discovering the It Factor within You: Developing Your Charismatic Personality” is Leesa’s inspirational blue print for finding the light within and radiating it out.

Leaving no doubt as to the power of her own charisma, Rowland and partner Larry Wohl threw a book launch party at the Waverly Inn. Jill and Bobby Zarin, Robin Cofer and Dom D’Alleva, Anna Rhodes and Steven Victor, Jane Pontarelli, Jennifer and Glenn Myles, Amelia Doggwiler, Candice Stark, Sandy Rosenthal, Randi Schatz, Arlene and Allan Lazare, Christine Kornblatt, Andrea Wernick and Colleen Rein were among those who came out to support and celebrate.

“Every obstacle we encounter is an opportunity for us to grow spiritually,” Leesa writes. And her book, which utilizes the teachings of Ordained Swami Priest and Chaplain Robin Cofer is filled with Eastern wisdom applied to a Western lifestyle.

It’s all about “developing your charismatic personality,” Leesa notes. “A well-developed personality sets you apart from the crowd and gives you leverage in expressing your thoughts ideas and views. Whatever its expression may be, there is charisma within all of us, but you must look in the right direction to bring it out and continue to make the very best of it.”

“Release yourself from your own negative thoughts and strengthen your intention to follow your own distinct inner charm, grasp it strongly, and make it burn until you have enough of a glow to enlighten you mind, body, and soul.”

And if you are losing your way, just gaze at Leesa and follow the glow of her charisma.
